Google E-commerce and Digital Marketing Certification Mockup Projects
Google had a three to six-month digital certification course that taught users how to properly write and design email campaigns. The program also covered how to design and setup an e-commerce site selling a hypothetical product with SKU codes and image placement.
This course helped me exercise and solidify best email marketing principles along with being able to understand the nuances in copy when it comes to different industries.
Email Marketing Campaigns
Welcome email – Odos Eyewear: Prescription sunglass/eyeglass company
Objective: design a welcome email for Odos Eyewear, an e-commerce brand specializing in prescription eyeglasses and sunglasses. The goal is to create a visually appealing and brand-aligned email using HubSpot’s email editor.


Promotional email – Homework Helpers: Online tutoring business
Objective: design a promotional email for Homework Helpers, an online tutoring service that offers specialized tutoring services online and in person. The goal is to create a visually engaging email campaign using Mailchimp’s email editor that announces sign-ups for the fall semester.


E-commerce mock storefront
Bath EcoShop: organic bath product e-commerce store
Objective: create a mock e-commerce storefront for bath items such as the bamboo cotton bath towel, and organic bath rug. Make sure the copy reflects the benefits for the consumer when purchasing the product.
