Mara Hoffman Editing Project
I was given the opportunity to work on a project for an interview with Mara Hoffman where I was told to create a sale ad for social. They gave me access to their archive from their editorial and e-commerce imagery.
Removing elements in the background
Removing shadow/ brighten tone
Using Photoshop’s remove tool and hue/saturation adjustments I was able to create the desired effect of removing unwanted shadows to bring the clothes more to the foreground and also brighten the model’s skin tone and dress while still maintaining the integrity of the original color on the garment.
Video advertisement for the spring collection sale
I was also given various clips of a model wearing the latest line from the spring collection and was told to put together a video ad for social that would be simple in concept but still capture the audience’s attention.
