UNESCO Undergrad Project
Project scope: Develop a compelling campaign to garner more interest in one of UNESCO’s protected historical sites using print, physical, and social graphics.
Print Brochure
For this project scope the landmark I ended up choosing to promote are the 9 protected Seowons of South Korea. These 9 Seowons refer to the collection of nine ancient Korean Confucian academies, recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage site, which represent the pinnacle of Neo-Confucian education during the Joseon Dynasty. These Seowons focused on preparing young men from the aristocratic class for civil service exams.
Theme: solar system to represent the 9 different Seowons
Color variety: black, white, blue, and red to symbolize the colors in the Korean flag

3D Installation
As viewers walk in they would be able to view the cascade of the transparent squares, symbolizing the progression of South Korea and the preservation of its ancient academies. The location I chose to display this installation was Japantown as there is a hybrid of many Korean and Japanese restaurants
